Privacy Policy for BLIXO

BLIXO ("the app", "we", "us") is a block puzzle game published by Proyass.
This policy explains what data the app processes, why, and the choices you
have. The app is playable as a guest without creating an account.
Who we are
Data we process

Account and progress: when you play, a pseudonymous account identifier is
created (anonymous sign-in). We store your chosen username, best score,
best combo, games played, lines cleared, play time, and, for the
leaderboard and anti-cheat checks, game results (score, moves, a game
seed and a moves log). If you create or join a group, we store the group
name and membership.

Optional Google sign-in: if you choose "Continue with Google", we receive
basic profile information (name, e-mail, and profile picture) to link your
account across devices. Your profile picture is shown on the leaderboard
only if you enable that option in Settings.

Advertising: we show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use device and
advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads. In regions where it is
required (for example the EEA and the UK), a consent form is shown before
personalised ads are used.

Crash and error diagnostics: we use Sentry to receive anonymised crash
reports so we can fix problems. Text and images are masked, and reports
are linked only to the pseudonymous account identifier, not to your name.

On-device storage: your settings, saved game and cached scores are stored
locally on your device.
Why we process it
- To run the game, save your progress and show leaderboards.
- To keep scores fair (basic anti-cheat validation).
- To display ads, which fund the free app (with your consent where required).
- To diagnose crashes and improve stability.

- Performance of the service and our legitimate interest for core features and anti-cheat.
- Your consent for personalised advertising, which you can change at any time.

Your choices and rights
- Play as a guest without signing in.
- Change your advertising consent at any time from Settings (Privacy options), where available.
- Reset all local data from Settings (Reset data).

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request access, correction or
deletion of your data, and object to or withdraw consent. To request
deletion of your account and server-side data, e-mail
proyass.apps@gmail.com and we will
action it.
Data retention
We keep account and score data while your account exists. Local data stays
on your device until you reset it or uninstall the app. When you request
deletion, we remove your server-side data.
Children
BLIXO is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has
provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and international transfers
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Our providers may process
data in countries outside your own, under their respective safeguards.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest
version, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
